How to Invite Team Members?
Within the RHL ASM Platform, only the organization administrator has the authority to invite new users to the platform.
Steps to Invite Team Members
- Go to Team & Org under the Settings tab.
- Click on the Invite People button at the bottom of the page.
- In the Invite People pop-up:
- Enter the user's Full Name.
- Enter the user's Email Address.
- Select the user's Role from the dropdown menu.
- Click Invite to send the invitation.
Post-Invitation Process
- Invited users will appear under the Invited Members list.
- An email invitation is sent to the user's registered email address.
- Once the user accepts the invitation, they will be moved to the Existing Members section and gain access to the platform.
