How to Invite Team Members?

Within the RHL ASM Platform, only the organization administrator has the authority to invite new users to the platform.

Steps to Invite Team Members

  1. Go to Team & Org under the Settings tab.
  2. Click on the Invite People button at the bottom of the page.
  3. In the Invite People pop-up:
    • Enter the user's Full Name.
    • Enter the user's Email Address.
    • Select the user's Role from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Invite to send the invitation.

Post-Invitation Process

  • Invited users will appear under the Invited Members list.
  • An email invitation is sent to the user's registered email address.
  • Once the user accepts the invitation, they will be moved to the Existing Members section and gain access to the platform.
