How Does the Issue Tracker Work?

Depending on an organization's security practices and assets, the volume of identified vulnerabilities may be significant. Keeping track of and addressing these issues manually can be an arduous task. To address this challenge, RHL ASM Platform offers an Issue Tracker module that performs various functions.

Functions

  • Routing to the Issue Tracker is rule‑based. Create rules under Settings > Notification & Ticketing Rules to auto‑create tickets (e.g., Severity ≥ HIGH).
  • It is possible to assign an issue to a specific user within the organization for resolution, and to monitor its progress by tracking its status.
  • It is possible to establish or modify the status and priority of a listed issue.
