How to Integrate My Jira Account with RHL ASM Platform for Issue Tracking?

Integrating your Jira account with the RHL ASM Platform allows seamless tracking and management of issues and their progress directly through Jira.

  1. Navigate to Integrations section under Settings.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Jira URL
    • Email
    • API Token
    • Jira Project Key

  4. Once the required details are entered, click Send Details.
  5. On the prompt, select the type of issue that the platform should generate in Jira.
  6. After successful integration, proceed to configure your Jira board:
    • Click on the Configure option.
    • Select to map your Jira statuses with the platform’s statuses.
    • Click Update to save the configuration.
  7. You can now track the issue status directly from your Jira account.
  8. To export all issues from the Issue Tracker to your Jira board, use the Export to Jira button located at the top of the Issue Tracker.
