Is My Jira Integration Bidirectional?

The integration between the RHL ASM Platform and your Jira board supports bidirectional synchronization for comments.
This means:

  • Any comments added to an issue in either RHL ASM Platform or Jira will be synchronized and viewable in both systems.

Important Note: One-Way Sync for Issue Fields​

  • Status and Priority changes are unidirectional:
    • Updates made in the RHL ASM Platform are synced to Jira.
    • However, changes made in Jira (such as status or priority updates) are not reflected back in the RHL ASM Platform.
